To Whom it May Concern at Google:
My name is Geoff Dutton and I am an avid user of Google products. I've been with Gmail since August 29, 2004, and I cannot imagine what it would take for me to switch to a different email provider.
Whenever I'm at a computer, I'm generally logged in to Gmail, and I take advantage of the integrated chat. I have but one small request: please add a 'thumbs up' emoticon. I have many use-cases for this, and it could replace many of responses to people who message me. For example:
Thank you for your consideration. Also, thank you for your awesome products. Continue not being evil.
